There is no upper age limit on joining Medicash Reward provided that the individual is still actively employed within your organisation. There’s no medical required to join and premiums are not based on age.

Simply let the Medicash team know that an employee is leaving and we will contact them and offer them the most appropriate alternative scheme from our portfolio of products.

All receipted benefits on Medicash Reward are paid at 100% of the receipt value up to the annual limits as set out in the plan.

It’s entirely up to you. You can choose who you cover and at what level, provided that you cover a minimum of 5 people under the plan.

Yes. The optical benefit covers you in relation to your VDU obligations under the Duty of Care, while the telephone and face-to-face counselling covers your obligations regarding stress.

Yes, on request. Medicash are able to provide you with an annual report showing how many claims were made for each of the benefits by your employees, and the total amount claimed. However, for data protection reasons these will be group figures as we cannot supply figures on an individual basis.

On signing the agreement form, the company will need to provide us with a complete list of all staff who are to be covered under the plan. You will also need to inform us of any new starters you wish to add to your cover, and of course, notify us of any leavers. Medicash will deal with all other elements of your plan.
