There is no upper age limit on joining Medicash Smile provided that the individual is still actively employed within your organisation. There’s no medical required to join and premiums are not based on age.

It’s entirely up to you. They can choose who you cover and at what level, provided that they cover a minimum of 5 people under the plan.

Pre-existing conditions and medical histories are disregarded on all company paid policies.

Yes. On request we are able to provide you with an annual report showing how many claims were made for each of the benefits by your employees, and the total amount claimed. However, for data protection reasons these will be group figures as we cannot supply figures on an individual basis.

Yes. Adding a company paid health cash plan to your staff benefits forms a good negotiating tool when reviewing pay with your staff. Medicash Smile is a valuable benefit with a high perceived value from those who use it.

On signing the agreement form, the company will need to provide us with a complete list of staff who are to be covered under the plan in the electronic format supplied by us. You will also need to inform us of any new starters you wish to add to your cover, and of course, notify us of any leavers. Medicash will deal with all other elements of the plan.

You will have a dedicated account manager who you can call upon with any questions at any time, and to make the administration of your plan more effective and easy for you.
