How much will it cost?

Is there an age limit on joining?
There is no upper age limit on joining Medicash Smile provided that the individual is still actively employed within your organisation. There’s no medical required to join and premiums are not based on age.
Will we receive annual claims reports?
Yes. On request we are able to provide you with an annual report showing how many claims were made for each of the benefits by your employees, and the total amount claimed. However, for data protection reasons these will be group figures as we cannot supply figures on an individual basis.
Can I tie this in with pay reviews?
Yes. Adding a company paid health cash plan to your staff benefits forms a good negotiating tool when reviewing pay with your staff. Medicash Smile is a valuable benefit with a high perceived value from those who use it.
How much administration is involved for us?
On signing the agreement form, the company will need to provide us with a complete list of staff who are to be covered under the plan in the electronic format supplied by us. You will also need to inform us of any new starters you wish to add to your cover, and of course, notify us of any leavers. Medicash will deal with all other elements of the plan.
