health assessment service. Here you will be able to complete a
confidential health risk assessment which will give you a
personalised report on how to address any potential health risks,
outlining recommendations and opportunities for change. You can
even update your health risk assessment as often as you wish, so
you can monitor the health improvements gained from your changes in
lifestyle. In addition you can download free information fact
sheets and receive a weekly e-newsletter full of expert tips to
help you improve your wellbeing!

Face to face health screening
(Medicash Reward & Medicash First Plans)
Depending on your plan you will either receive your voucher with
your welcome pack, or it will be posted to you at the end of your 3
month waiting period for this benefit. The screening will entitle
you to a free health assessment from a range of establishments
nationwide. The screening includes:
- Total Cholesterol and HDL check
- Blood pressure check, including resting heart rate
- Body Mass Index
- Coronary Heart Disease Risk Assessment
- Lifestyle Risk Assessment
This assessment will help to detect any early signs of heart
disease including high blood pressure and cholesterol, while the
blood glucose tests will detect early symptoms of diabetes.
Meanwhile, the one to one consultation will help to highlight
the areas of your lifestyle with the highest health risks and give
you appropriate advice on how to reduce them.
