Fit For Business Success
Around 100 business leaders came together for the Fit for B
usiness Conference this week hosted by Medicash
in association with Insider.
The event, held in Liverpool's Crowne Plaza attracted delegates
from across the region who took part in a packed programme designed
to give business owners and managers new leadership techniques as
well as the opportunity to debate economic issues.
Dynamic presentations from some of the UK's leading business
gurus took place throughout the day which was chaired by Insider's
editorial director Michael Taylor. The event concluded with a
keynote address from Gerald Ratner, Chair of the online jewellers
Gerald Online, who delivered a motivational speech charting the
spectacular downfall of Ratners and his remarkable comeback.
Perry Timms Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Big
Lottery said: "Fit for Business was nothing short of a rip roaring
success. The content was rich, refreshing and stimulating and all
the presenters delivered fascinating presentations designed to
challenge people's thinking. There was a real buzz throughout
the day. The panel session created lively and productive debate and
everyone went away inspired."
