For policies with an Employee Assistance Programme

If your policy includes our Employee Assistance Programme, then you may be entitled to Face to Face counselling following your call to the counselling helpline above.  The number of sessions you are entitled to will be shown on your Benefit Table.  

The counsellor will be appointed by our service partner and any additional counselling sessions agreed above your entitlement will be at your own expense and subject to an individual agreement.
