I've been with Medicash for many years and have always been impressed by the service. Easy to use app for making claims and quick response confirming receipt and then payment within a short time too. The annual cover is broad across many disciplines, and I find the consultancy allowance particularly helpful. Dental and optical cover is also great.

Extremely poor service. First the claim take ages to be responded and if the reciept picture is not clear, they deny the whole claim and ask to resubmit the claim again where as they should contact the customer to only ask for a clear reciept instead of sending an email with no replay asking to resubmit the claim so now I need to wait another month for them to access it. Lazy and inefficient system....

The benefits are great and the claims process is easy, but what made it 5* was the customer service. I had a claim denied, which was quickly resolved by David in the customer service. He made the effort to call back, give his email so I wasn't bounced around, and replied incredibly quickly. Not often you get customer service like this any more.

I have had Medicash membership for many years and have witnessed the evolution of its claims system from paper form to digital. What was once a laborious method is now completed in seconds meaning that money is reimbursed very quickly. Even if you do not have to claim (thankfully) for any major health incident, attending routine dental, optical or chiropody appointments for instance, ensures that you more or less recoup the annual subscription outlay. It's therefore good value for money and makes you look after your health.

I've used medicash for many years through my employment getting me to join, I've used it each year for a number of things end found no problems. Even easier now there is an app.. always great communication and payment plan and payed out promptly after submitting a claim.

I have used medicash for quite a number of years. Never had any problems and claims always met with no quibbles. If there is any problem with a claim they will always telephone and sort it. Excellent service all round
