Andy Roberts (30) began his career with PWC before joining Medicash in June 2011.
Liverpool based Medicash provides health cash plans to a wide range of businesses, in addition to individual policyholders.
Andy has played a key role in the growth of Medicash’s corporate client base working on specific strategic projects.
Chief executive Sue Weir said: “Andy’s experience will consolidate the Medicash offering to our customers and help us to manage our drive for future growth.”
As head of finance Andy will lead a team of nine, heading up the finance function and working closely with the Board to develop the business.
Andy said: “Medicash is at an exciting phase of development having achieved four consecutive years of record financial performance. I am looking forward to developing new strategic projects in my role which will deliver a real impact on Medicash’s future success.”
