If you are enquiring about a current policy please include your name, policy number, date of birth and the first line of your address to enable us to deal with your questions quicker.
Our telephone opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Please note, our counter service closed in 2020 and we are unable to discuss your policy in person at our offices. If you have any queries about your policy, please contact us using the details above.
