Make a Claim

Making a claim is simple...

Just ask for a receipt from your practitioner (see example below) after you have received and paid for your healthcare treatment; then choose your preferred method from the options below. Please note, all claims must be received by us within 26 weeks of the date of treatment or discharge from hospital.

Via our app

You can claim directly through the ‘My Medicash’ app available via the App Store and Google Play. To register, you’ll need to be the main policyholder and have your policy number to hand. Once you’ve downloaded and registered you’ll be able to make a claim in a matter of minutes.

Alternatively, you can download our claim form, before completing it and posting it back with your receipts. Please note, our claims turnaround times are based from the date we receive your claim form, not the day that you post it.

Dental Accident and Personal Accident Claims

If your plan includes these benefits you will need to call us on 0151 702 0265 to request the appropriate form in order to submit a claim.    

Please note, our Personal Accident service partner will shortly be transferring their registered head office from the UK to France - further details can be found here.


What does my receipt need to include?

In order for us to process your claim, we’ll need your receipt to show the recipient’s full name, the practitioners name and qualifications, the type of treatment received and the date of each treatment.
